Traditional timeshare is somewhat outdated and locks members into a specific week and resort in the same size apartment year after year, and all exchanges are referred to independent exchange organisations.
Flexi Club members, on the other hand, are able to use full weeks, midweeks and weekends, vary the size of the apartment and the location of the resort, from holiday to holiday.
All Flexi Club member service functions are affected directly by Flexi Club’s own Reservations department.
Timeshare owners pay maintenance fees regardless of whether they occupy their unit or not. With Flexi Club, besides an annual Holiday Contribution, members pay only for the holidays they choose to enjoy.
Flexi Club will convert traditional timeshare weeks into points, to offer more flexible, convenient and varied holidays, subject to the specific week, quality and demand of the resort.
Flexi Club allows members to carry forward unused points as well as Accommodation Fee credits.
