Flexi Club applies a unique resort grading system, based on points, to value all the intervals of holiday accommodation available to its members. You are entitled to use the points you have acquired, to holiday at any of the clubs accommodation or accommodation available to the Club via numerous reciprocity agreements.
It is the policy of the developer to continue to acquire only inventory of the highest quality, situated at the most sought after locations, during high demand times of the year, in order to satisfy your requests. The Club continues to expand as more accommodation is introduced and new members join the Club.

| Once points have been purchased, they are automatically issued to you each year. These points increase in line with inflation each year ensuring that your asset appreciates and you continue to enjoy a lifetime of holidays. In addition, any unused points can be accumulated for up to 36 months. Up to 25% of the following years points may be borrowed for the current year's holiday if required. Points may also be bequeathed.

Flexi Club members are required to pay certain fees for the use of the Club's holiday accommodation. This covers the accommodation costs (including maintenance fees and levies) of the resort portfolio.
The fees consist of:
A Holiday Contribution is payable at the beginning of each year (calculated according to the amount of points you own)
Only upon confirmation of a reservation, do you pay any additional Accommodation Fee (if required). (The Accommodation Fee applicable to the specific holiday reserved is noted and if your Holiday Contribution Fee paid at the beginning of the year is not sufficient to cover this Accommodation Fee, the member will pay only the short fall).
Uniquely, if there is a credit in the "Holiday Savings Available" account at the end of any year, it will be carried over to the following year where it will be added to the next year’s holiday savings.

Similar to most clubs, Flexi Club requires an "Annual Subscription" to cover the costs of administration, reservations etc. This subscription is due upon joining the club and thereafter in January each year.
