ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS

CLUB SUBSCRIPTION

Like a sports club, Flexi Club requires an Annual Club Subscription to cover its operating expenses, which include accounting, administration, guest certificates, reservations, sending statements as well as other forms of communication, and other costs.

This Subscription is due upon joining the Club and is also charged on the 1st of January every year thereafter. All members pay the same amount.

REFURBISHMENT RESERVE

A payment that covers your proportionate share of any Special Levies and other related charges which may be raised by any of the Club’s holiday properties.

The Refurbishment Reserve is used to maintain the standards of the accommodation owned by the Club.

The amount is due every January and is based on the agreed percentage of your Points Value.

ANNUAL LEVY

A payment that covers your proportionate share of the Club’s holiday properties’ levies and any other related charges. The amount is due every January and is based on the agreed percentage of your Points Value.

USING
YOUR POINTS

FIRST, BUY YOUR POINTS

Once you have purchased your Points, they are automatically reissued to you each year.

These Points increase in number with inflation every year, ensuring that your Points appreciate, which means you continue to enjoy a lifetime of holidays which grow in value every year.

USAGE POINTS

A number of Usage Points are issued to members when first purchasing Points.

These Points are re-issued annually along with the Points you have purchased.

Your Leisure Status Update reflects your total Points available.

UNUSED POINTS

Any unused Points are accumulated for up to 3 years (current year + 2)

ACCOUNT

ANNUAL LEVY

The Annual Levy is used to pay resort levies. It covers the estimated annual costs of the scheme’s accommodation.

This amount is based on an agreed percentage of the monetary value of your Points allocation for the year.

Once this payment is received, it is transferred into your Levy Account.

ACCOMMODATION LEVY

The Accommodation Levy is what it costs to book your chosen accommodation.

When booking your holiday, you will be informed of the Accommodation Levy for that holiday.

This Accommodation Levy will be deducted from your Levy Account.

If the Accommodation Levy is more than the Levy Credit in your Levy Account, the difference is payable within 48 hours of making your booking

LEVY ACCOUNT

Your Annual Levy is kept in your Levy Account until you book a holiday.

When you book a holiday, the applicable Accommodation Levy is deducted from your Levy Account.

If your Levy Account is depleted, you may need to pay in additional funds towards your holiday.

Leftover Levy balance at the end of the year is carried forward to the next year.

Your Annual Levy may be accumulated and held as a credit in your Levy Account for a maximum of 3 years (the year in which the Annual Levy was charged plus two additional years).

Any unused credit in your Levy Account from the first year of accumulation will expire after the third year. You will, however, be notified in advance.

HOW YOUR ANNUAL LEVY CONTRIBUTIONS WORK:

STEP 1

Pay your Annual Levy. Payment is transferred into your Levy Account, and is accessible right away.

STEP 2

Book online or call your Guest Experience Coordinator. The Accommodation Levy is deducted from your Annual Levy when you make a reservation.

STEP 3

Print your Guest Certificate online or if received from a Guest Experience Coordinator, check that your guest name and details are correct.
